Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
Stageholder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that may harm our platform, other users, or our reputation. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by law.
